These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, where personally or on behalf of an entity ( from here on out referred to as the “you”, “user”, “Member”) and UAB Lakarta, registered in Lithuania with code 302530648 ( from here on out referred to as the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://www.lakarta.lt/ website, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively from here on out referred to as the “Site”) as well as online video trainings ( from here on out referred to as the “Topics”) and the services (from here on out referred to as the “Services”).
The Services and the Topics offered on this Site are provided to you only on the terms and conditions described in these Terms of Use. If you engage in the use of this Site, access any of the topics or utilize any of the online services, you are agreeing to being bound by all of the terms and conditions outlined on this page. You are giving your consent in the same manner as if you had signed a written agreement. 14. Cancellation
You have the right to cancel Site membership at any time. If you decide to cancel, no refund will be provided for fees paid. This agreement survives cancellation of your membership.
15. Refunds
Refunds are not given for any unused portion of online training videos. If you dispute this then please contact us and we shall consider each request on an individual basis. In circumstances that refunds are to be given, these shall be carried out within 28 days.

17. Complete Agreement
Terms of Use and any rules, policies, or guidelines posted on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between the Company and you, with respect to the subject matter discussed here. In the event of any conflict between this agreement and any information posted on the Site, this agreement shall govern.
18. Severability
If any aspect or element of this agreement is deemed to be illegal or unworkable, such illegibility shall not affect the validity or worth of any other legal provision contained within this agreement.
19. Disputes settlement

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with Terms of Use, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled pursuant to the procedure established by laws of the Republic of Lithuania in the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Company.

Terms of Use and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with Terms of Use, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of Republic of Lithuania.
